Refund & Cancellation Policy

We aim to deliver outstanding services and educational experiences. This policy explains the conditions for refunds, cancellations, and reschedules.
1. Makeup Service Bookings (In-person)
- Cancellation 48+ hours before: full refund or free reschedule.
- Cancellation 24–48 hours before: 50% refund or free reschedule.
- Cancellation less than 24 hours before: no refund. The full fee is retained as a no-show fee.
- Bridal bookings require 72-hour notice. Bridal deposits are non-refundable but may be transferred once, subject to availability.
2. Force Majeure (Artist Emergency)
If a force-majeure emergency (accident, sudden illness, bereavement) prevents Zainab from performing a confirmed booking, compensation is limited to a full 100% refund, with best effort to recommend a qualified substitute — and no additional damages.
3. Online Courses (Self-paced)
- Full refund within 7 days of purchase if no content has been accessed.
- Once any video is viewed or material downloaded, the course is consumed and non-refundable.
4. Online Courses (Live Sessions)
- Full refund up to 7 days before the cohort starts.
- Within 7 days of start: 50% refund or full credit toward a future cohort.
- After the cohort starts: no refunds, but recordings remain accessible for the agreed period.
5. In-person Courses (Studio Workshops)
- Cancellation 14+ days before: full refund or transfer.
- Cancellation 7–14 days before: 50% refund or transfer.
- Less than 7 days before: no refund — materials are prepared and the seat cannot be refilled in time.
6. Digital Books
All digital book purchases are final and non-refundable due to immediate delivery. The free book is, of course, yours to keep forever.
7. Consultation Sessions
- Cancellation 24+ hours before: full refund or free reschedule.
- Less than 24 hours: 50% retained as a scheduling fee.
8. How to Request a Refund
Email [email protected] or WhatsApp +973 3206 7768 with your booking/order reference and reason. Approved refunds are processed within 7–14 business days to the original payment method.
