1. Makeup Services
Makeup services are performed using professional-grade cosmetics chosen for quality and safety. However, individual skin reactions can vary. By booking a service, the client acknowledges that:
- They are responsible for disclosing any known skin allergies, conditions, or sensitivities before the session begins.
- Zainab AlSaffar is not liable for adverse reactions resulting from undisclosed allergies, prior skin treatments, or medical conditions.
- A patch test is available upon request — at least 48 hours before the booked session.
2. Right to Refuse Service — Contagious Conditions
For the health and safety of the artist, her tools, and future clients, Zainab AlSaffar reserves the right to refuse or immediately stop a service, without refund, if the client shows signs of a contagious skin, eye, or scalp condition on the day of the appointment — including but not limited to viral conjunctivitis (pink eye), cold sores (herpes simplex), impetigo, or head lice. Professional makeup tools are shared and high-value; preventing cross-contamination is non-negotiable.
3. Force Majeure & Artist Availability
In rare emergencies beyond reasonable control — including accident, sudden illness, bereavement, or events of force majeure — that prevent Zainab AlSaffar from performing a confirmed booking, our liability is strictly limited to a full 100% refund of amounts paid for that booking, and we will make our best effort to recommend a qualified substitute artist where possible. Beyond this refund, Zainab AlSaffar shall not be liable for any additional, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (including event-related costs).
4. Media & Privacy (Brides & Hijab)
We deeply respect the privacy of our clients, brides, and veiled (hijab) clients. No photo or video material is ever captured, used, or published without the client's explicit written consent. Personal phones of assistants are not permitted inside closed bridal preparation rooms. A client may withdraw consent or request removal of any image of herself at any time.
5. Educational Content & Courses
Courses are educational resources designed to teach makeup techniques. Results vary depending on individual practice, products, and skill level. No guarantee is made regarding professional outcomes or commercial success. All course content is the intellectual property of Zainab AlSaffar and may not be redistributed or resold without written consent.

7. Limitation of Liability
